A Permanent Guest List is limited to 10 entries unless approved by the Board.
No contractors will be allowed on a Permanent Guest List except the following:
Yard and Landscaping
Housekeeping and Maid
Professional Medical Transport
Pool Maintenance
Grocery or food delivery and ride share services will not be allowed on a Permanent Guest List. These will be be entered on an as-needed basis.
UPS, FedEx, Amazon and the like will continue to be allowed access, 6AM to Midnight, thus do NOT need to be entered on a permanent list.
Waivers may be requested but will be weighed against neighborhood safety considerations. Click HERE to request a waiver.
